OFR is a full service furniture dealership specializing in used office furniture from leading manufacturers including Steelcase, Herman Miller, Knoll and Haworth. We are the largest liquidator in the Midwest with no shortages of furniture to sell. We carry new lines of furniture such as Cherryman as part of our showroom offerings. OFR has been one of the top resellers of quality office furniture for over 30 years and is taking applications for Sales Support.

We have a full-time Sales Support position open at our Des Plaines, IL office. Earn base compensation plus overtime working with the top office furniture brands such as HON, Herman Miller and Steelcase.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing quotes and orders via data entry, scheduling, interacting with clients and vendors, project follow up and working with Operations in overseeing incoming and outgoing product. We prefer someone with experience in sales support and accounting, but will consider all applications

Qualifications

• An ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Word (MS Office)
• Must possess excellent people skills, a willingness to learn and be a part of a team
• Must be friendly, confident, well-organized, and adaptable
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Possess an interest in assuming team leadership roles, a creative problem solver and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to bend, lift, reach, stretch and the ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
